Acquisitions, Net of Cash Acquired

Acquisitions, Net of Cash Acquired represents the cash the company used to purchase another company. It's the amount of cash spent to buy up pretty much the entire ownership (100%) or otherwise a huge controlling stake in another company. "Cash Acquired" is the cash held by the acquired company that now belong to the buyer (since the buyer now owns the acquired company).
