Once you become a member, you may have the option of providing additional account information, including but not limited to your education, school / employer, professional title, physical address, date of birth, gender, etc. Don’t provide any information you don’t want to share. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and Lumovest has the option to make such information public. Please do not add personal data to your account profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

If you register for our Paid Services, you will need to provide valid payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) and billing information.

Lumovest may collect and retain any User Content, in whatever format, submitted, posted, contributed, published or distributed on any of our Services by you, including but not limited to all notes, email messages, private messages, questions, answers, comments, posts, Feedback, text, analysis, spreadsheets, pictures, audio, videos and file upload.
Comments or other information posted or contributed by you to any part of our Services designed to be visible to the public or to other Lumovest participants may be viewed and downloaded by others who use or access our Services. For Account Information data that we have about you, you can edit your personal data through your account.
5.3 Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion of your account by contacting Lumovest Support. Please note that the User Content you submitted to our Services may remain in our systems after deletion of your account. We do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services.

The information we collect about you through our Services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Lumovest or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. Lumovest may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
Countries where we process data may have laws which are different, and potentially not as protective, as the laws of your own country, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which Lumovest or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Lumovest cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards, such as HTTPs, to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Services.
